Last week, we talked about the "why" of servant leadership. This week, let’s talk about the "how."

In my years leading transformation programs, I’ve found that leadership isn't just a title—it's a toolkit. Inside my "leadership briefcase," I carry eight principles, but the bedrock of my coaching consists of The Three F’s: 1️⃣ Foundation: You can’t build without a blueprint. Set the bar, define the rules, and communicate what excellence looks like—then remind them again. 2️⃣ Feedback: Culture is built in the small moments. Catch people doing things right. Celebrate the progress, not just the finish line. 3️⃣ Friction: This is where many struggle. Growth requires heat. Address what’s failing, have the hard conversations, and hold the line on accountability. The Reality Check: ◈Without Foundation, people are lost. ◈Without Feedback, people feel invisible. ◈Without Friction, mediocrity becomes the standard. Great leaders don’t cherry-pick; they do all three. 👇 Be honest: Which of the three is the hardest for you to implement?
