1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and WBE Consultants LLC (“WBE Consultants,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida limited liability company, operating under the brands The AI Project Manager (theaiprojectmanager.ai) and AMIGO (https://goamigo.co).

By accessing our websites, purchasing our products, enrolling in our certification programs, using the AMIGO platform, engaging our consulting services, downloading our resources, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and posted on our websites with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. See Section 19 for additional detail.

2. Description of Services

2.1 The AI Project Manager (theaiprojectmanager.ai)

Publications: “The AI Project Manager” book and related publications available in Kindle, paperback, and other formats through Amazon and our website.

Certification Program: The AI Project Manager Certification, a comprehensive professional development program consisting of 14 training modules covering enterprise transformation management enhanced by artificial intelligence.

Educational Content: Free and premium resources including lead magnets, PDF guides, templates, checklists, assessments, webinars, and other educational materials.

Consulting Services: Enterprise transformation advisory services, corporate training programs, and implementation support.

2.2 AMIGO Platform (https://goamigo.co)

The AMIGO Platform: A SaaS application that operationalizes the AMIGA Framework, providing program governance tools, process management, data migration support, testing management, organizational change management, benefits realization tracking, and AI-enhanced capabilities through the Belden AI agent.

3. User Accounts

Certain services require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update your information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at support@theaiprojectmanager.ai if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or are being used in violation of these Terms.

Account sharing is not permitted. Each AMIGO platform subscription and certification program enrollment is licensed to a single individual unless an enterprise license agreement specifies otherwise.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with our services are owned by or licensed to WBE Consultants LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to:

The AMIGA Framework: The six-pillar enterprise transformation framework (People, Process, Technology, Data, Governance, and Value), including all associated diagrams, methodologies, stage models, and documentation.

The AMIGO Platform: All software, source code, algorithms, user interfaces, workflows, and the Belden AI agent.

Course Content: All certification program materials, including video instruction, teleprompter scripts, presentation slides, case studies (including the Meridian Manufacturing case study), exercises, answer keys, and assessment tools.

Publications: “The AI Project Manager” book and all associated content, including the 260+ AI use cases compendium.

Brand Assets: The names “The AI Project Manager,” “AMIGA,” “AMIGO,” “Belden,” and associated logos, trade dress, and branding elements.

4.2 Limited License

Upon purchase or enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the applicable materials for your personal and professional development. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

Certified professionals may reference their certification status (e.g., “AI Project Manager Certified”) in their professional profiles and resumes. Use of our logos or brand assets for this purpose requires adherence to our brand guidelines, which will be provided upon certification.

4.3 User-Generated Content

If you submit content through the AMIGO platform, community forums, course discussions, or other interactive features, you retain ownership of your original content. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and improving our services.

5. Book Purchases

Purchases of “The AI Project Manager” through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s terms and conditions in addition to these Terms. Purchases made directly through our website are subject to these Terms and our refund policy below.

Bonus Materials: Bonus materials offered in connection with book purchases are provided at no additional cost and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. Access to bonus materials requires email registration.

Digital Content: Kindle and other digital formats are licensed, not sold. Your rights to digital content are governed by the applicable platform’s terms of service (e.g., Amazon Kindle Terms of Use).

6. Certification Program Terms

6.1 Enrollment

Enrollment in The AI Project Manager Certification Program requires payment of applicable tuition fees. Specific program pricing, payment plans, and financing options are published on our website and may be updated from time to time.

Enrollment constitutes a commitment to the program. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet any stated prerequisites and that the information you provided during enrollment is accurate.

6.2 Program Access

Upon enrollment, you will receive access to the certification program curriculum, including 14 training modules, course materials, exercises, the AMIGO platform, and community features. Access is granted for the duration specified at the time of enrollment.

Program content, including module structure, exercises, and case studies, may be updated to reflect evolving best practices and emerging AI capabilities. Such updates are considered improvements and do not constitute a material change to the program.

6.3 Certification Requirements

To earn The AI Project Manager certification, you must complete all required modules, pass all assessments at the specified proficiency level, and comply with these Terms and our Academic Integrity Policy. Certification decisions are at the sole discretion of WBE Consultants LLC.

6.4 Continuing Education Credits

We may offer continuing education credits, including PMI Professional Development Units (PDUs), in connection with our certification program. The availability and recognition of such credits are subject to the policies of the issuing body (e.g., PMI) and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to maintain applicable accreditations but cannot guarantee perpetual recognition by third-party credentialing organizations.

7. AMIGO Platform Terms

7.1 Platform Access and Use

The AMIGO platform is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution. Your access is governed by your subscription agreement, which may be a standalone license or included as part of your certification program enrollment.

You agree to use the AMIGO platform solely for legitimate enterprise transformation management purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

7.2 The Belden AI Agent

Belden is an AI-powered assistant within the AMIGO platform designed to provide governance guidance, generate reports, and support transformation management workflows. While Belden leverages advanced AI capabilities, its outputs are intended as decision-support tools, not definitive professional advice.

You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may contain errors or limitations and that you are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before making business decisions based on it. WBE Consultants LLC is not liable for decisions made based on Belden’s outputs.

7.3 Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the AMIGO platform, including project information, governance records, process documentation, and any other data you upload or create. We will not access your data except as necessary to provide the service, maintain the platform, or as required by law.

We may use aggregated, anonymized data derived from platform usage to improve our services, develop new features, and generate industry benchmarks. Such aggregated data will not identify you or your organization.

7.4 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the AMIGO platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary service interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

8. Consulting Services

Consulting engagements are governed by separate Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreements (MSA) that define specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed SOW or MSA, the SOW or MSA shall prevail.

9. Payment Terms

9.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, provided that price changes will not affect orders already placed or enrollments already confirmed.

9.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors including Stripe and PayPal. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

9.3 Subscriptions

AMIGO platform subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9.4 Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your investment in your professional development. Our refund policies are as follows:

Book Purchases (Direct): Physical books purchased directly through our website may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery in original condition for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Digital content is non-refundable once accessed.

Book Purchases (Amazon): Governed by Amazon’s return policy.

Certification Program: Enrollees may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of enrollment, provided they have not completed more than one (1) module. After this period, or after completing more than one module, tuition is non-refundable. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for documented extenuating circumstances.

AMIGO Platform Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund if cancelled within the first thirty (30) days.

Consulting Services: Governed by the applicable SOW or MSA.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; reproduce, distribute, or resell our proprietary content without authorization; share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals; use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our platforms without our permission; upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our platforms; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts; use the AMIGO platform or Belden AI agent for any purpose other than legitimate enterprise transformation management; misrepresent your certification status or professional qualifications; or engage in any activity that we reasonably determine to be harmful to our business, reputation, or other users.

Violation of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to our services, without refund.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; any defects will be corrected; our platforms are free of viruses or other harmful components; or the results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable.

11.1 Educational Content Disclaimer

Our certification program, book, and educational materials are designed to provide general knowledge and professional development in the field of AI-enhanced enterprise transformation management. They do not constitute professional consulting, legal, financial, or career advice tailored to your specific situation.

11.2 No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we reference salary ranges (such as $250K–$350K+ for transformation architects) and career advancement opportunities throughout our materials, these figures are presented as industry observations and aspirational benchmarks. We do not guarantee any specific career outcomes, salary increases, job placements, or professional achievements as a result of completing our certification program, reading our book, or using our services. Your results will depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including your prior experience, effort, market conditions, and individual circumstances.

11.3 AI Disclaimer

The Belden AI agent and other AI-enhanced features within the AMIGO platform are tools designed to assist your decision-making, not replace your professional judgment. AI outputs may contain errors, biases, or incomplete information. You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting on any AI-generated recommendations.

12. Limitation of Liability

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WBE Consultants LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party right (including intellectual property rights), or any content you submit through our platforms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@theaiprojectmanager.ai. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Miami, Florida. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately; you remain liable for any outstanding payments; your AMIGO platform data will be available for export for thirty (30) days following termination, after which it may be deleted; and provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will continue to apply.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@theaiprojectmanager.ai. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as specifically provided in our Refund Policy (Section 9.4).

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable SOW, MSA, or subscription agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and WBE Consultants LLC regarding your use of our services. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least fifteen (15) days before they take effect. Non-material changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
