Stop treating "soft skills" like they’re optional 🔴

In my leadership briefcase, Principle One is non-negotiable: Everybody matters. It’s easy to focus on the stakeholders and the C-suite. But the real magic happens elsewhere: ➱The Business Analyst refining the vision. ➱The Developer writing the foundation. ➱The Engineer maintaining the environment. Strategic leadership isn't a desk job. It’s getting out of your office. It’s knowing the names of people two or three levels down. It’s waking up at midnight to sync with your teams in distant time zones so they know they aren't an afterthought. ➡️The Equation is Simple: Value = Engagement. ➡️Invisibility = Attrition. Transformation is a team sport. If you want to win, make sure every player on the field knows they are essential.
